FAQs - Order Purchases Enquiry
Payments could take up to 1-2 business days, depending on the speed of Ipay88 Payment Gateway processing. We will prepare your order for dispatching once payment has been received.
Due to an unexpected system error, a decision was made by PCByte to cancel and refund your order to prevent further delays. Please feel free to reach us here for further information regarding restock ETA’s for the product you are interested in.
Yes you can! Please visit your ‘My Account’ under ‘Order Status/History’ to request for cancellation. Do take note that there is only a small window of time allocated for cancellations. The option will be unavailable if your order is ready for dispatch. Feel free to reach us here if you need additional help.
PCByte is unable to make changes to a product that has already been purchased and paid for. You would need to visit your ‘My Account’ under ‘Order Status/History’ to request for cancellation and make a new purchase.
Pre-Order items must be paid entirely at the time of purchase. By choosing to make a Pre-Order purchase, you are securing your product at the lowest/best possible price.

The prices shown on PCByte’s website are already the lowest and best possible prices catered to you.
You can view the status of your order by logging into your account, click on ‘My Account’ then ‘Order History/Status’ to view your entire order history.
FAQs - Delivery Enquiries
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. However, pre-order items may take a longer time to be dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a follow up confirmation email.
If you would like to opt for a pickup at one of our stores, please submit a request with our PCByte team here along with a photo of your ID/drivers license for security reasons. You will be required to show us your ID upon pick up.
Do note that if your order is already dispatched, a pickup option would not be available.
Please arrange for a redelivery with the delivery card that was left. You can also visit the courier company’s website to arrange for a redelivery at a time of your convenience.
Yes! Please visit your ‘My account’ under ‘Order Status/History’ to amend your address. However, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to redirect the delivery. Please submit a request here for further instructions.
Free shipping is available on a wide selection of our products. A ‘Free Shipping’ logo will be displayed for products that are eligible for free shipping on special events/deals.
In the case that the tracking number shows your order has been delivered, please double check as the courier company may sometimes have these delivered to the nearest POP Points or News Agencies. Alternatively, please directly contact the courier company regarding your parcel’s whereabouts or contact us here for further assistance.
PCByte always packs and dispatches your orders together but it is not unusual for the items to get separated in transit and delivered to you at different times. If the rest of your order has not arrived within 2 days or more, please contact the courier for further confirmation.
All orders placed would require a signature upon delivery. Although a family member or colleague available at the address provided can sign for it on your behalf. Do note that smaller parcels may not require a signature.
PCByte recommends providing an address where a family member or colleague would be present to collect the parcel as the courier company would not usually call you prior to or upon delivery.
Once your tracking number has been sent to you, do allow a few hours for your tracking number to be updated by the courier company. In a few cases, your tracking may not be updated until the item has been accepted and received at the local depot. Please also refer to the Delivery Policy for further information.
A System Build could take up to 5 days or more, depending on the speed of our technician and the complexity of your request. We would need to assemble and stress test each system before dispatching to ensure there are no errors. For further information, please feel free to reach out here.
If your order has not arrived within the timeframe stated on our Delivery Policy, please let us know by submitting a request here and we will be happy to assist you with investigating the matter with our courier company. Note that the investigation process can take up to 14 days or more to resolve.

FAQs - Returns & Refunds
Refunds could take up to 3-5 business days or more for the amount to be reflected back in your account. It also depends on the speed of your bank processing.
All goods must be returned within 7 days, it should also be sealed and unopened or a 30% restocking fee will be charged. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information.
Please make sure that you have read our Return Policy prior to contacting us here. Do include all relevant information such as order number, date of purchase, serial number (if applicable), and a photo/video of the fault. A member of the team will respond with further instructions (or information if needed).
The return/refund request can take up to two week to complete for the item to be delivered back to our warehouse and for a member of our team to inspect the item for its faults.
PCByte endeavors to provide you with updates along the way but please know that at times we may not have any further updates. Should you need to follow up on a warranty issue, please contact us and provide your RMA Number or Order Number here.
FAQs - General/Other Enquiries
To have an account with PCByte is free. You can easily track your order, the latest news and trends on our website. To create an account, simply head to the home page and on the top right corner, click ‘Register’.
To view all of your orders, log into your PCByte account. Then go to ‘My Account’ and click ‘Order Status/History’.
To reset your password, click the 'Reset password' link on the 'Login' page. You will then be prompted to enter the email address registered on the account. Once entered, you will receive an email allowing you to reset your password. If you no longer have access to the email, you will need to create a new account.
Please try giving your account a password reset. Otherwise, kindly contact us here and a member of our team will reach out with further instructions.
Yes we do offer repair services. This service includes a full diagnosis of the system and a recommendation of parts from PCByte to accommodate the repairs.

All orders made on PCByte shall be completed and paid in full within a one-week duration or they will be cancelled. Should you wish to make the same order again, please feel free to reach us here.
